For products purchased directly from Thor’s Drone World, our return offer runs for 30 days from receipt of the goods. This does not limit your statutory rights. Complete this form first. We will review your request and send return instructions. Please wait for those instructions before shipping. A valid statutory withdrawal notice does not require this form or discretionary approval; you may also email support@lifthor.com. We normally process refunds within 1–3 working days after receiving and inspecting returned goods, using the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time. This target does not extend statutory deadlines. Statutory withdrawal refunds are due without undue delay and within 14 days of notification, subject to lawful withholding until goods or evidence of return are received.

For damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods, describe the problem and provide photographs where possible. Contact support if you cannot upload evidence. We will assess the issue and explain the next steps; these cases are separate from change-of-mind returns.

Pack items securely and include supplied accessories. Original packaging is helpful but is not an absolute condition of statutory withdrawal. Any lawful deduction must reflect actual diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product. No automatic 25% restocking fee applies to statutory withdrawal. Standard outbound delivery is refunded where required; premium delivery supplements and return postage are handled according to applicable rights.

Return shipping Where you are responsible for return postage, you may use your own courier or request an optional DHL label for USD 40. We will confirm the arrangements and obtain your agreement before deducting a label charge. Contact us first for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods so we can arrange the appropriate method and costs. Tracked delivery is recommended. Follow the carrier’s customs instructions and accurately identify the shipment as returned goods with the original order information.
